In the second quarter of 2025, the hack and slash genre saw some intriguing trends on a unified platform in Qatar. Based on data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at how the top applications performed.

Solo Leveling:Arise from Netmarble displayed a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at approximately $2.2K in early May. Weekly downloads started strong at 255 but tapered off to around 77 by the end of June. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 9K, with a slight increase to 9.7K in the last week of the quarter.

Stick Demon Shadow Fight by Mana Games Studio maintained a consistent download rate, starting at 81 and ending at 85. Despite the absence of revenue data, active users showed a notable increase, reaching up to 293 in early April before settling around 245 by the end of the quarter.

For Kaz Warrior 2: Warzone & RPG from TOH Games, downloads remained steady, fluctuating between 25 and 41 throughout the quarter. Active users mirrored this trend, maintaining a range of 94 to 119.

Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat by nebulajoy saw a significant revenue spike in early June, reaching $279, followed by a gradual decline. Downloads were relatively low but consistent, while active users remained stable around the mid-200s.

Finally, Zenless Zone Zero from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. experienced a dramatic revenue increase, peaking at $942 in late June. Downloads saw a notable rise to 115 in early June, and active users also increased significantly, peaking at 700.
